Greetings! I have always maintained from the beginning that Affirmative Action was a failure! I presented a paper at the National Association of Community Action Agencies in 1972 in San Diego California stating such. My rationale for saying so centered on the fact that Affirmative Action was a white male invention. It was the dominating white males attempt to correct their own problem of white supremacy domination racism tool modus of operation that kept them dominating. Affirmative Action was not a "Black" or people of color development. It was "white" males response to their own racist behavior. The problem right off the bat with their affirmative action was One: There were no real enforcement teeth in the packet as to what was the white males goal of accomplishments were. Two: White females were defined as a "minority." Therefore the white males' bedroom mates were thrown into the mix qualifying for whatever affirmative benefits coming down the white supremacy domination system's pipeline. Sure enough, white females packaged themselves and got the contracts and positions right beside their husbands and boy friends of the same racial types. This meant two larger incomes and dual benefits accrued to European decent populations. Three: once these white males found out they could buy out the 20th century civil rights movement with dollars, most black folk who were injected into the jobs, benefits, contracts and so on were black women. The black male remained a threat to the white male dominators. Four: Too many, particularly black males, folk who were the benefactors of affirmative action ceased to be fighters against white supremacy domination in the work place and contractual award arena. Thus, the white males found out they could accomplish a halt to most of the civil rights activism pressure aimed at them by parceling out dollars, job positions, entrance to benefits educational and otherwise and awards of contract. They accomplished what Malcolm X asked African Americans not to do: "Don't legalize America's racism with its dollarism."
 

I remember too clearly how particularly too many African Americans propelled into the corporate world in America sat there and rationalized as to how white supremacy domination operatives' racism tool mode of operation were now "nuances. And There are those who steadfastly maintain they "can change the situation by working within" the big house. Once inside the big house these folk found out they don't really have power to do much about the domination situation, they just become players in a domination game where the real controllers of the system just keep changing the rules. This is why you have some many different kinds of caucus made up of various racial and sexual groupings in the big house. How much more illusion time will occur here? Of course folk don't want to lose what little they have been able to get hold of in the big house corporate America. White supremacy domination and its racism tool mode of operation is the second most serious problem existing on this Divine Earth, but you see how its dollarism has been able to buy decades of more time to manifest without serious activism from the victimized populations to checkmate and possible eliminate such manifestations. It has gotten so that too many of the populations the institutionalized racism is aimed at have members of that population saying people of color, especially black folk are racists. Imagine that! The age old white supremacy domination tactic of placing the blame on the victim...Rodney King.
 

I have always been for the elimination of the white man's affirmative action, only if he could show me what he was going to replace it with to checkmate, correct and eliminate his white supremacy domination behavior that has been institutionalized through its racism tool mode of operation. Until he does this..."Aluta continua!" The struggle continues as long as his racism continues.
